Please follow these easy steps if you need to replace or repair an item:

- Defective items will be repaired or replaced immediately upon arrival to Ringmasters
- Ringmasters will pay the return shipping charges
- If your sterling silver ring is tarnished, this is not a defect, but the good news is that it can be easily fixed. Simply take a silver polishing rag, rub the item briskly, and the product is as good as new.
